Footwear Course
With a family background in the shoe industry and living in Northamptonshire, it wasn’t long before I started photographing shoes. As soon as I bought my first digital camera back in 1997, I won the contract to photograph Doc Martens and for the next 27 years, I must have photographed over 100,000 of them. These days, I work with the oldest show manufacture in England called Trickers who make beautiful hand made leather shoes in Northampton.
Over the years, I have developed a system, or workflow that allows me to prepare, photograph and process the photographs in a very efficient manner and I can teach you. Give me a day of you time and we will go through every aspect of dressing shoes, lighting and photography. You can see more of my footwear photography on my commercial website here.
