Stage 1 - Consultation & Planning

We’ll start with an initial conversation to understand your needs and plan the session. To help us work efficiently, we recommend preparing and arranging your items in advance wherever possible.

Stage 2 - Photographic Digitisation

If your artwork can’t be removed from its original location, don’t worry—we can scan it in situ. We’ll bring our professional scanning equipment to you and set up everything we need in your home or workspace.

Stage 3 - Digital Processing

We’ll carefully record any important details, such as measurements and the placement of loose documents. All digital work is completed on-site, and our team will carry out a thorough quality check before we leave. We’re also happy to show you some scan examples while we’re with you.

Stage 4 - Imageview Delivery & Archiving

Once we’re finished, all your high-resolution digital files will be uploaded to our secure Imageview digital set managemnt website. You’ll receive a link to view and download your images at your convenience. Once you have received your copies, the link will remain active for 3 months and we will then carefully archive them at no further charge. Should you require a copy in the future, we make a small charge for retrieval from archive and then sending you a new link.

Stage 5 - Using Your Digital Images

Your digital images open up a world of possibilities and you can use your images for limited edition prints, or simply providing your family with a copy of your favourite painting or photograph. High quality copies can also be very useful for insurance purposes.
