Hello everyone and thanks for looking at our page. A brief introduction: My name is Katie Ward and I live at Skylark, near Salcombe with my husband Charlie and our Bedlington Whippet called Ted, who is quite well known around Salcombe. HOUSE RENTAL
We occasionally rent the whole house to friends. NB: we ask that the organiser should have stayed at Skylark, as a friend, or as an Airbnb guest before contacting us. The drive is very steep and it is best to know the parking arrangements / house layout, before you bring guests. Skylark sleeps up to 8 people and we allow two dogs and 3 cars. We have a a simple rate of £65 per person per night, with a minimum stay of 4 people and 3 nights and a maximum of 8 people, and a stay of 14 nights. Price includes all bed linen and house cleaning at the end of your stay. Payment in full please 7 days before your stay.
