Running

I have been running with my friend Alison Cooper in Northamptonshire for over 25 years and more recently at the Bolberry Down Park run in Salcombe. Unfortunately, I had to retire in late 2022, due to a brain cavernoma being diagnosed, but I have just started again, running gently along the flat sections in Bolberry. With a couple of London marathons and numerous half, I have so many wonderful memories with my running friends.
